1. What types of auto body parts do you offer?

Hoods , Bumpers , Fenders , Headlights , Backlights , Taillights , Radiators , Fans , condensers , reinforcement bar , inner fenders , fender liner , impact bars . (Special Ordering Available) All of our parts are Aftermarket and not OEM.

3. What is the warranty on your auto body parts?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer any warranty on parts. For more info, please see the return policy.

4. How do I place an order for auto body parts?

You can place your order online or by phone, but payment is not processed through the website.
After placing your order, please send your payment through Zelle (business account).
If you prefer to pick up your order in person, you can pay cash at the store instead.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We Only accept Pay by Cash at pickup, or to our (Zelle business account) for shipping.

6. How can I track my shipped order?

Shipping: All shipping orders are provided with digital real time tracking giving you informative updates during the entire shipping process.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is currently not available at the moment.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect part?

Shipped Orders: Send us an email with your name and invoice number as the subject line and be sure to include thorough pictures of the damage or incorrect part. An email will be sent explaining the damage claim process. 

Delivered Orders: Delivery drivers inspect items for delivering, it is recommended that you open and view your order upon drop off to insure there are no damages.

11. What is the shipping cost and delivery time?

It’s easy! Just click the ‘Add to Shipping Quote’ button next to any product you like. Then, fill in your info. and we will contact your soon with shipping cost, usually the delivery time between 1-5 Business Days.

12. Do you offer discounts or promotions for bulk orders?

13. Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

*NOT including special orders* Cancellation is possible until the part has been picked up or shipped out. To cancel, call us and or send us an email within 24 of placing the order. For special orders a cancellation fee may apply. 

14. Are there any restrictions on materials or oversized parts?

We don’t have any restrictions on the size of the parts sold but keep in mind we tailor all our shipments depending on weight and size.

16. What steps should I take if I can’t find a specific part on your website?

17. Are there any compatibility checks available for the auto body parts?

All part numbers are pre-determined by the vehicle manufacturer and associated with each specific car model. When you place an order, the part number assigned corresponds directly to the manufacturer’s specifications, ensuring accurate compatibility with your vehicle.

At DRA Parts, we do not install parts or provide any type of painting or maintenance services. However, we can refer you to one of our partners for assistance.
