At DRA Auto Body Parts, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted for items purchased directly from DRAParts.com or at our physical store within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included components.
- No returns on special/custom orders.
- No returns once a part has been installed or modified, regardless of fault. Before installation, please ensure all holes, connectors, lines, and cables match your vehicle.
2. Return Process
- In-Store Purchases: Bring the item, along with your original receipt and packaging, to our store.
- Online Purchases: Contact our customer service team at info@draparts.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. If approved, we will provide return authorization and instructions.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Exchanges or store credit only for all returns.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@draparts.com for assistance.
4. Additional Fees
- Returned Check Fee: A $35 fee applies to any returned checks. Customers are liable for all court and collection costs.
- Credit/Debit Card Transactions: A 3% processing fee applies to all card transactions.

By making a purchase at DRA Auto Body Parts, you agree to the terms of this return policy. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms without notice.
